Even though Spring is not officially here until March 20th, there's been some beautiful days here in Seattle. Not warm but blue sky, fluffy white clouds and NO rain. Last week I took advantage of one of these days by taking a nice walk along Alki with my neighbor, Rose.
We started our trek on Alki and ended up on Beach Drive. The views of the mountains and the calm waters were spectacular. I love looking for "beach glass" too plus we got in our exercise. Walking is a great way to stay in shape.
Self-care = Self love.
