Claim Your Victory



I must admit that I fell off the wagon for a few weeks but got back on track last Saturday; walked 7-miles with my Sound Steps sista's. To my surprise, I wasn't tired or winded (pretty good for a seasoned citizen)!

Walking is my favorite exercise. It's easier on my body and joints but I still get a good workout.

Whatever you choose to do I encourage to stick with it by being consistent. It's a simple way to improve your overall health & well-being.
