- Cleanse your face daily to remove dirt, oil, and makeup
- Be sure to cleanse before you go to bed. Don't wait until you're sleepy!
- Avoid abrasive cleansers or cleansing products (bath puffs, loofahs); they can be irritating.
- Use products designed for your skin type: sensitive, normal-to-dry, combination, oily
- Don't overdo it. Cleansing too often or to roughly can harm your skin too.
- Gently exfoliate to remove dead cell build up with a skincare product that has fine granules. and no more than once-a-week.
Those of you with sensitive skin must be very careful about anything to abrasive. Again, no scrubbing!
