Walking it Out

"Today is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it."

I either say or write the above verse everyday. It sets the tone for my day. Setting intentions 
helps to keep me on track.

I've shared numerous tips on what you can do to live a self-care life-style. I'll now share some things I do.


Walking is my favorite exercise. It's easier on my body and joints and I still get a good workout. This is my 5th year with Sound Steps and I'm still loving it.  I'm currently training for another half marathon in June. Fit & Fabulous. That's this seasoned citizens motto.
