- Support your immune system with Vitamin C, Garlic and Echinacea.
- Wash you hands often & keep them away from your eyes & nose.
- If possible, try to avoid contact with people who have respiratory illnesses. Sneezes and coughs are what spread the influenza virus When sick, stay home.
- If you do get the virus, get plenty of bed rest, drink lots of fluids, take the herbs mentioned above, and, most beneficial, use sage and/or eucalyptus steam inhalations. If your symptoms continue, see your doctor or health care provider.
