It's hard to believe October is just about over; Halloween is this
Thursday. For those of you who have children Dr. Andrew Weil has a few suggestions for healthy Halloween treats.
- Popcorn popped with organic coconut oil and sprinkled with cinnamon.
- Mini chocolate bars that are 70% cocoa.
- Organic dried fruits (without added sweeteners). I'd love to hear what the kids think about this one!
