From the Inside to the Skin-side

I'm constantly talking about the value of taking care of ourselves from the inside/out. Here are some vitamins that contribute to healthier skin:

Vitamin A - Contributes to growth, repairs body tissue, bone formation & healthy skin (fine lines and wrinkles).

Vitamin B1 - Promotes healthy skin (contributes to moisture retention), hair & nails.

Vitamin C - Promotes healthy cell development and can contribute to the repair from sun damage.

Vitamin E - Protects cells from free-radical injury (major cause of aging) and has powerful moisturizing properties; helps repair dry, rough skin.

Vitamin K - Promotes the reduction of dark circles under the eyes.

Remember, only you can make yourself a priority. Take the very best care of yourself from the inside to the skin-side!
