The Benefits of Juicing:

  • Juicing is a great way to increase the intake of more vegetables & fruits. It also allows the nutrients from those vegetables/fruits to be absorbed into the body more quickly. Better absorption can contribute to more energy, cleaner thinking, and weight release.

  • Promote your own success by partnering up with a friend. You’ll have built-in support which will make it easier and more fun! I also suggest incorporating your daily spiritual practice; prayer & meditation (morning & evening, if possible). This will help you keep your commitment to yourself and provide additional support.  Epson salt baths can also contribute to eliminating toxins from your system.


I've also posted several juicy recipes too. I encourage you to be creative. If you're allergic to something, by all means omit it. If you don't like Kale, substitute another green vegetable. Enjoy the process!
