I continue to be fascinated by the health benefits of juicing. Last week I juiced probably 3-4 times, creating my own version of the Dr. Oz "green drink." One day I did 1 bunch of kale, a green apple, 1 pear, 1/2 bunch of parsley, fresh ginger, and 1 lime. I added some phobiotic coconut water which made enough for two days. Believe it or not, it was really tasty. I did another batch using spinach instead of kale. I didn't juice exclusively; I had solid food too. This week I'm challenging myself to have only juice for 3-days, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. My intention is to juice exclusively for 10 days but I want to see how I feel after 3 days first. I'll let you know how I did!
