I've taken a Pilate's class before but it was some time ago. I'm ready to change things up in my exercise program so I think adding Pilate's will be a good thing. One of the many benefits is that Pilate's can help improve my posture. Poor posture can cause aches and pains; none of which I'm interested in! It can also contribute to better flexibility and circulation.
Like many of you, continued healthy eating habits and consistent exercise are part of my New Year's intentions. If you haven't started exercising, let me encourage you to do so. As I've said before, find something you like and "just do it." Take good care of yourself from the inside to the skin side.
