As I mentioned last week, I am training for a marathon (walking) that will take place at the end of June. I'm in my second week of training and it is going to be a challenge. I knew I'd be walking every Saturday with the Sound Steps group but what I didn't know is that I'm expected to walk a minimum of 2 miles, 3-days a week in addition. Today was the first day; I walked 3 miles! It wasn't easy to get up and out the door at 8:00 AM but I'm making a commitment to myself to "just do it".
