Spring - Renew, Release, Rejoice

Spring is the season for renewal. To Spring clean your mind, body and spirit here are 4 easy suggestions:

  1. Set an intention to change. You can plant a seed to symbolize your new intentions and pull a weed to symbolize the end to unhealthy behaviors or relationships. Setting intentions is powerful and only takes a few minutes.
  2. Start a cleanse.  This is a perfect time for a cleanse. There are several but get complete details and instructions from the infamous Dr. Oz.
  3. Cleanse your energy. This can be done with a massage or by taking a yoga class. It's a great opportunity to focus on your new intentions (deep inhales) while exhaling old thought patterns.
  4. Spring clean your space. Cleaning your space equals cleaning your energy. Clearing your clutter equals clearing your mind. The ritual of spring cleaning can remove accumulated negative energy and prepares your home for the positive energy of spring and summer.
I can personally testify to the power of setting intention. If you want to see real and lasting change in your life, set intentions. Massage is a great way to help release tension, stress & toxins from your body. You'll be able to listen to the many benefits of massage from my good friend Dee soon. I'm also a firm believer in keeping my space clean and in order at all times. In my opinion, you cannot really relax your mind, body nor renew your spirit in the midst of mess and chaos. This rule applies year-round! Your home is your castle not your garbage can!

Together we thrive,

Jacqueline
