Our attitudes are important because our thoughts control our lives. We actually become what we think. Attitudes are invisible but they become visible through words, actions, interactions, and behaviors.
Your attitude either empowers you or dis-empowers you. Many of you may have heard the phrase, "Change you thinking, change your life."
Seven things to consider:
- It is your attitude at the beginning of any undertaking that will determine your success or failure.
- It is your attitude toward and about life that will determine life's attitude toward you.
- Develop the attitude that there are more reasons for you to succeed than reasons you should fail.
- We become what we think about. As stated above, "Change your thinking, change your life."
- Develop an attitude of confidence, of well-being, of gratitude. You decide the direction you're going.
- Attitudes are more important than facts.
- Attitudes are based on assumptions. In order to change attitudes you must first change your assumptions.
If you are not sure about the attitudes you are holding in your mind and in your heart, take a
look at what comes out of your mouth, how you behave, how others treat you, and how you interact with and treat others. This will give you the evidence you need to determine if you need an attitude adjustment.

Adjusting your attitude is part of empowering yourself.
Self-care = Self-love.
Together we thrive,
Jacqueline
