Work it Off


I hope everybody had a great 4th of July and that you didn't overdue it. If you did over-indulged just a little, not to worry. You can help shed some of that barbecued chicken and potato salad with exercise.


Try something that will be fun. Maybe Zumba! Dancing is a great way to release weight and have fun at the same time. The class I took was hilarious. I thought I could dance but it took everything I had to keep up. I had a great instructor; she geared the class for a variety of fitness levels.

Zumba is a great workout plus, if your dancing skills are a little rusty, you will laugh your head off. Try it. Invite some friends to join you for support and encouragement.

Self-care = Self-love.
