There are many, many ways to create quality time for yourself so I invite you to do just that, be creative. These are a few of the things I've integrated into my ongoing practice.
1. Make your self-care a priority (place your name at the top of your "To Do list."
2. Self-care requires commitment and intention. Only you can make yourself a priority!
3. Implement a daily spiritual practice. This will maintain balance in your life.
4. Become an energy conservationist. (your personal energy)
5. Eat well to live instead of living to eat. " You are what you eat."
6. Incorporate some form of exercise/movement into your self-care regime.
7. Surround yourself with positive energy; your mindset, your living space, your relationships.
8. Count your blessings. Do this daily and you'll see how much you have to be thankful for.
Take the very best care of yourself from the inside to the skin side.
Self-care = Self-love.
