REMEMBER, your physical body is your temple that houses your spirit. I've read our temples are designed to last at least 100 years.
When I think about how much our bodies do without any help from us; breathing, regulating body temperature, walking, talking, etc, , the least we can do is feed it properly.
Healthy eating is important for many reasons. Healthy, balanced eating habits provide nutrients to your body. Nutrients give you energy and keep your heart beating, your brain active, and your muscles working. Nutrients help build and strengthen bones, muscles, and tendons and also regulate body processes, such as blood pressure.
Doesn't it make sense to eat foods that will provide nourishment for your mind, body & spirit? Wouldn't be beneficial to you and the one's you love to take the very best care of yourself?
When making food choices consider this---what you put in your mouth will affect your entire being. Nourish your mind, body & spirit from the inside to the skin-side.
