A good friend of mine, Debrena, and I were talking last week and she mentioned she planned to give herself some additional TLC by eating only fruits & vegetables for 5-days starting Monday, August 26th.
It sounded like
such a good idea, I decided to join her. My plan is to juice my vegetable for the 5-days. I've been juicing on an average of 2-3 days a week every since I watched the DVD, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. If you haven't seen it, here's a chance for you to check it out the trailer. It changed my life!

I'm not saying that juicing is the answer for everyone but I do feel its worth considering if you're interested in getting more vegetables into your eating plan. Of course, you should seek the advice of your doctor or healthcare professional before starting any new eating program, especially if you take medications.
