V is for Victory

My vegetable juice recipe is a variation on what Dr. Oz calls the "green drink." I usually juice kale, carrots, cucumbers, red, yellow or orange peppers, beets, parsley, fresh ginger, lemons or limes, celery, and 1-2 apples. It may sound crazy but it actually taste good (at least to me). I sometime use spinach or collard greens instead of kale.


Try to drink your juice within 24-hours after making it.

I like vegetables but you may prefer a more fruit-based drink. As mentioned, I play around with the recipes and encourage you to do the same. I'm putting together a few and will post them soon.

Whether you juice or don't juice is not really the issue. Paying attention to your internal health, your body-temple is what's important

Remember, what you put in your mouth affects your entire being. Take the very best care of yourself from the inside to the skin-side! You deserve it.
