I like vegetables but you may prefer a more fruit-based drink. As mentioned, I play around with the recipes and encourage you to do the same. I'm putting together a few and will post them soon.
Whether you juice or don't juice is not really the issue. Paying attention to your internal health, your body-temple is what's important.
Remember, what you put in your mouth affects your entire being. Take the very best care of yourself from the inside to the skin-side! You deserve it.
