One of my neighbors emailed this to me. I was so impressed and inspired, I wanted share it with all of you.
June, 2013, the first all African-American team will climb Denali (Mount McKinley) in Alaska. Their goal is to inspire people of all colors and ages to get more involved in the wonders of Mother Nature. What they are doing is truly amazing.
This proves there is something for everybody. If you haven't incorporated some form of exercise into your wellness plan, I encourage you to do so. Find something you like and just do it!
