A Good Read

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires food manufacturers to list the most common ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction.

The top eight are:
  1. Milk
  2. Eggs
  3. Peanuts
  4. Tree Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  5. Fish (bass, cod, flounder)
  6. Shellfish (such as crab, lobster, shrimp)
  7. Soy
  8. Wheat
The foods listed above account for approximately 90 percent of all allergic reactions. Reading your food labels will ensure your safety and the safety of your family.

Self-care = Self love.

Together we thrive,

Jacqueline
