3. Implement a daily spiritual practice.
4. Become an energy conservationist. (your personal energy)
5. Eat well to live instead of living to eat.
6. Incorporate some form of exercise/movement into your self-care regime.
7. Surround yourself with positive energy; your mindset, your living space, your relationships.
8. Count your blessings. Be grateful. Do You.
