Joining Sound Steps is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I love it.
Walking with a group also encourages me to be consistent. We meet every Saturday morning and many of us walk a minimum of 2-3 days a week prior to our get-together on Saturday. It’s a great way to stay in shape and is easier on the joints than running.
I have recently joined a beginners hiking group as part of my staycation plans. This will introduce me to some of the beautiful trails here in the Northwest. I’m so excited since I’ve never done anything like this before. I'm really looking forward to experiencing nature in a new way..
What will you plan for your staycation? Get a group of your friends together and form a walking group. Think outside of your box! Try something new and different. Use your imagination. Create the life you want to live.
