Go Green


I was talking about juicing last week so I decided I'd try it since I was recently gifted with a juicer (you can use a blender too). It does require some planning in that you need all fresh ingredients. I got mine at a local farmer's market but any health food store or regular grocery store is fine; I suggest organic produce when possible. I must admit that the drink tasted pretty good even though I forgot the celery and used lemon juice only instead of 1 lemon & 1 lime as the recipe suggested. My plan is to drink it for breakfast at least three days this week to see how I feel. Get the recipe at   Dr. Oz says its high in fiber, low in calories & rich in vitamins. That sounds good to me!
