- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1/2 lemon (peeled)

Red Beet Cooler - Juice Ingredients - Makes 12 ounces (Approx. 1 glass)
- 1 small/medium beet
- 4 carrots 2 oranges (peeled)
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Wash & cut-up ingredients to easily fit into your juicer
Jacqueline’s Juice Cocktail - Ingredients (Makes approx. 32 ounces)
- 1 med bunch of kale
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 med Red Delicious apple
- 1 med red pepper
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 med beet
- 1 cucumber
- Approx. 20 baby carrots
- Fresh ginger to taste (peeled)
- Wash & cut-up ingredients to easily fit into your juicer
