Juiced Up

Dr. Oz - Green Drink - Low in calories, rich in vitamins & low-calorie Ingredients - Makes 3-4 servings (about 28-30 oz) 

  • 2 cups of spinach 
  • 1/2 cucumber 
  • 1/4 head of celery 
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley 
  • 1 bunch of mint (I substitute fresh ginger) 
  • 3 carrots (cut up) 
  • 2 apples 
  • 1/4 orange (peeled) 
  • 1/4 lime (peeled) 1/4 lemon 1/4/ pineapple (peeled) (No pineapple for me) 
  • Wash & cut-up ingredients to easily fit into your juicer 



Apple-Beet Detox -  Juice Ingredients - Makes 12 ounces ( Approx.1 glass) 

  • 1 apple (cut up) 
  • 1 beet (cut up)
  • 1 orange (peeled) 
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled) 
  • Handful of parsley 
  • Wash & cut-up ingredients to easily fit into your juicer 

Red Beet Cooler - Juice Ingredients - Makes 12 ounces (Approx. 1 glass) 

  • 1 small/medium beet 
  • 4 carrots 2 oranges (peeled) 
  • 8-10 mint leaves 
  • Wash & cut-up ingredients to easily fit into your juicer



Jacqueline’s Juice Cocktail - Ingredients (Makes approx. 32 ounces) 

  • 1 med bunch of kale 
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 med Red Delicious apple 
  • 1 med red pepper 
  • ½ bunch parsley 
  • 1 med beet 
  • 1 cucumber 
  • Approx. 20 baby carrots 
  • Fresh ginger to taste (peeled) 
  • Wash & cut-up ingredients to easily fit into your juicer
I encourage you to create your own recipe. Remember to check the instructions for your specific juicer.

I've incorporated juicing into my dietary program and juice a minimum of 2-3 times a week.
