5 Steps to Lookin Good Instantly

1. Smile: Everyone looks better when they;re smiling, and a smile also enhances your immunity by improving your mood. Nothing to smile about! At bed time, list all the things that have made you happy during the day. Most of us are naturally negative, so we have to train ourselves to look on the bright side, but it's worth it. Studies have shown that being optimistic can actually add 7-1/2 years to your life. I don't know about you but that right there motivates me to smile, OK!

2. Improve your posture: Slouching not only looks unattractive, it causes muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, and back due to the extra effort needed to support the head. It actually takes much less energy to
stand up straight with your head held high resting on the top of your spine.Imagine a piece of string pulling you up from the top of your head so your neck, head, and spine are all in a straight line; then relax your shoulders.Congratulations, you've just lost three pounds (in appearance)!

3. Laugh: Laughter reduces the stress hormones in our bodies so we instantly feel less tense. After a good laugh your blood pressure drops, muscle tension decreases, and your breathing slows down.  All this makes us look far morerelaxed and attractive to others.

4. Make eye contact:  Looking into the other person's eyes for longer than three seconds as you're talking sends out a subconscious message that you're honest and confident.

5. Take that frown off your face: Not only will your forehead be smoother, you'll be healthier too. Studies have found that being worry-free reduces your levels of a chemical linked to heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Worry never solved a problem and 90 percent of what we worry about never happens any-
way so it's a complete waste of your valuable time.
