Fit & Fabulous - Just Do It


I have to admit that running is not my favorite form of exercise but that might not be the case for you. Running can be a great way to release excess weight, strengthen your heart, and  prevent muscle and bone loss that can occur as we age. I've also read that going for a jog can reduce your stress levels drastically. That alone might make it appealing to many! You already know what I'm going to say. Please find something that you like so that you'll stick with it. That's what's important. JUST DO IT! Remember, only you can make yourself a priority. Take care of yourself from the inside to the skin-side.
