Exercise/Movement: Fit & Fabulous

I'm a strong believer in having some form of exercise incorporated into a daily routine. As one "matures" mobility can become an issue. I still love my high heels so for me exercise is a way for me to keep wearing them a little longer.

I love to walk so it's my primary form of exercise but I also take an aerobics class 2-3 times a week too. Variety keeps exercising from being boring.

A good friend & neighbor, Delores, shared with me that she lowered her blood pressure and has put her diabetes in check by walking 2-3 miles, 5 days a week. Many of you may be ready to protest thinking it's too much, you don't have time, yada, yada, yada! Well let me just say that if Delores who is 83-years young can do it, you can at least get started with something! Try something you'll enjoy. I'm just sayin!
