8 Ways to Create D.I.V.A Downtime - #6

Incorporate some form of exercise into your self-care regime. I love to walk so it's my primary form of exercise along with an aerobics class 2-3 times per week. I believe variety keeps exercise from being boring so find something you enjoy so you'll be more apt to stay with it. I took a Zumba class once that was great fun. I must admit that part of my motivation for exercising consistently is the fact that I love wearing high heels. Even at the mature age that I'm at, I'm enjoy wearing my heels and am not ready to give them up. For those of you who knew my mother, you understand!!! I find that regular exercise keeps me balanced; it's a great way to keep stress in check. There's enough out their for every body and every interest so, again, find something you enjoy.
