Dive In

There are many benefits of performing aerobics in a swimming pool (I actually tried this & it was fun). One of the many benefits is that the water provides support for the body which reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury. You do not have to be a swimmer to participate. Water-related exercise increases cardio-vascular fitness as well as improving overall strength. As I've already said, there's something for everybody. Get started with some form of exercise sooner than later. Once you get started you'll wonder why you waited so long because you'll feel so much better; stronger, more energy, and a clearer mind. Just Do It!
