D.I.V.A Defined: Your Divine Birthright

The word Diva has been overused and has, on many occasions, taken on a negative connotation. I checked its definition online and Merriam-Webster dictionary said the first known use of the word was in 1883. I never knew that. Diva actually comes from Latin meaning feminine of divas, god, or divine. I'm personally leaning more towards "divine" myself. Here's how I define Diva:

D - Divine
I - Intelligent
V - Victorious
A - Authentic

Let's break it down, shall we!

  • We are all the divine and beloved daughters and sons of the King of the Most High God.
  • We were all given divine intelligence but it's up to us to tap into it.
  • We have the power to be victors not victims.
  • We are already whole, perfect & complete so being our authenic selves is more than sufficient.  "Do You."
Feel free to use this definition or create one of your own. I'd suggest putting it somewhere that allows you to see it daily, maybe the bathroom mirror.
